Position Overview
The Training & Development Coordinator will provide administrative, operational, and communication support for technical training programs. You'll manage training systems and course planners, coordinate with cross-functional teams, support LMS functions, and ensure accurate delivery of training assets and information to field technicians and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
Training Program Coordination
Manage and update SharePoint sites, training documents, and program content
Assist in developing and editing field communications for nationwide distribution
Maintain program course lists and ensure accurate credit assignment for technicians
Coordinate with vendors to manage training assets, vehicles, tools, and equipment
Create and maintain training planners; schedule courses and activate training modules
LMS Administration (Preferred)
Support systems such as STARS, FAST, RAP or similar LMS platforms
Troubleshoot LMS issues, submit RAP tickets, and work directly with developers to resolve system defects
Partner with LMS providers to track enhancements, resolve issues, and ensure data accuracy
Training Delivery Support
Review training courses and provide actionable feedback to development teams
Assist with training vehicle ordering and procurement for technical training locations
Provide administrative support for LMS migrations and new system rollouts
Collaborate with global training teams to align processes and resolve delivery gaps
What You Bring
Strong administrative or training program coordination experience
High proficiency in SharePoint (site management, content updates, document organization)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Extremely organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally across training centers, development teams, and global partners
Experience with LMS systems (STARS, FAST, RAP, or similar) preferred
Experience with training planners and course scheduling preferred
