Beacon Hill Legal is seeking a Corporate Paralegal for a fully remote, contract position with our client in Austin. This is a full-time role, Monday - Friday, during standard business hours. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant experience as a corporate paralegal. Experience with entity management preferred but not required. Essential duties include: * System Review & Assessment * Conduct a comprehensive review of the current GEMS setup, including configuration, data structures, workflows, and reporting. * Identify any technical issues, inefficiencies, or deviations from industry best practices. * Data Integrity & Cleanup * Audit existing data and reports for accuracy, completeness, and consistency. * Recommend and implement processes for maintaining high-quality data standards, including creating new reporting templates. * Clean up inactive or duplicate records and rationalize reporting lists. * Best Practices Implementation * Advise on and implement configuration changes aligned with legal entity management best practices. * Optimize workflows and reporting templates for efficiency and compliance. * Stakeholder Engagement * Provide training or knowledge transfer sessions on updated processes and configurations. * Documentation & Recommendations * Document changes made during the contract period. * Recommend and create ongoing maintenance procedures, and governance practices and a 'user guide' for GEMS to ensure consistent use moving forward.
