Job Description
Individual will be experienced performing the activities listed below on their own with little to no guidance or assistance from a Skill Trades Leader in a machine tool manufacturing environment.
Pipefitter Activities:
Able to read schematic drawings
· Build headers
· Thread pipe
· Install headers
· Install service stands and lockout valves
· Pipe robots
· Pipe sealer equipment
· Pipe Tools
· Read mechanical drawings and bill of material
· Prep valve pack and manifold
· Run hose and dress tool per customer requirements
· Ability to drill, tap and ream holes
· Use of hand saw, drill press and grinders
Tool Requirements
Pipe wrenches (10,18)
· Adj. Wrenches
· Allen Wrenches (Standard & Metric)
· Socket Wrenches (Metric & Standard)
· Channel Loc Pliers
· Drill Motor (3/8)
· Tape Measure
· Hose Cutters
· Level
Must be able to:
Lift 50 lbs.
Go up and down ladders.
Be on your feet all day.
Work weekends as needed.
