You'll play a critical role in supporting our global accounting operations, optimizing processes, and ensuring accuracy as we prepare for an IPO. This is a hands-on position requiring strong NetSuite skills and a demonstrated ability to leverage technology and automation to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment. As An Active Member Of Our Team, You Will... * Manage and execute the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, ensuring timely and accurate reporting * Prepare and review journal entries and account reconciliations * Maintain and improve the integrity of the general ledger and financial records * Assist in developing, documenting, and implementing accounting policies and procedures to support SOX compliance and IPO readiness * Partner with the FP&A team to reconcile financial results and provide accounting insights to support forecasting and budgeting. * Prepare management reports and variance analyses for leadership * Support external audits, including preparing work papers and responding to auditor requests * Identify and implement process improvements to shorten the close timeline and enhance reporting accuracy * Assist with ad hoc projects and cross-functional initiatives as needed * Support AP operations, including invoice review, approval, and reconciliation * Own daily cash operations and bank reconciliations If You've Got It - We Want It * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or progress toward CPA preferred * 4+ years of relevant accounting experience, ideally at a global company or Big 4 (in the software/ technology industry) * Proficiency with MS Excel is required * Able to apply knowledge of US GAAP and experience supporting SOX controls * Self-starter, who is able to work effectively and autonomously * Strong organizational and verbal / written communication skills * Proven critical thinking capability * Strong analytical skills, accuracy and attention to detail * The ideal candidate is curious, enthusiastic, and not afraid to ask questions and challenge the status quo * Bonus Points: * Proficiency with NetSuite * Windows PC oriented * IPO and audit experience Salary Range ($83,200 - $130,056) The salary for this role is dependent on geographic location. The salary offered within the range described will be based on the individual candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
