Overview:
At Dorle Controls, we’re seeking a Crash Safety Structure Performance Engineer to lead vehicle crash safety solutions across front, side, rear, and rollover modes. You’ll apply your expertise in crash structure design, CAE simulations, and regulatory standards to deliver safe, compliant, and innovative vehicles. This is a high-impact role where collaboration, technical excellence, and strong communication are key to driving our success.

Location:
Role and Responsibilities
- Drive decisions for vehicle structure solutions needed to ensure compliance with all front, rear, and side legal and public domain crash modes
- Analyze CAE crash simulations to identify performance issues and propose solutions
- Work with body structure and frame team to identify and eliminate risks in both high and low speed impacts
- Develop comprehensive test matrix to ensure system robustness
- Support testing team to ensure quality data collection
- Create post-crash documentation to record results, observations and any necessary actions
- Communicate all test results to the cross functional team
Mandatory Skills:
Candidates should have experience with crash structure design and safety performance in front, side, rear, and rollover impacts as well as the various testing that must be conducted to ensure robust systems
