Pay Range: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour (Specialty services up to $20.00/hr)
Position Overview
CareOne Senior Care is seeking experienced, attentive caregivers with a strong background in personal care and dementia support. Key Responsibilities

Provide safety monitoring, companionship, and emotional support

Maintain cleanliness and assist with daily living tasks

Deliver dementia and Alzheimer’s care with patience and skill
-
Assist with personal care: bathing, toileting, hygiene, incontinence
-
Perform safe transfers with gait belts and Hoyer lifts
-
Provide incidental transportation, errands, and shopping
-
Support clients with ALS, Parkinson’s, and mobility challenges
-
Promote dignity, independence, and comfort at all times
Required Experience & Skills
-
Previous caregiving experience is required

Dementia/Alzheimer’s care experience preferred
-
Compassionate, patient, reliable, and client-focused
-
Strong communication skills
-
Ability to lift 25 lbs., bend, kneel, and move throughout the shift

Dependable transportation with valid driver’s license, insurance, and registration
-
Must pass a criminal background check and DMV check
-
Current TB test (may be completed post-interview)

Must be punctual, professional, and reliable
