Position Overview
CareOne Senior Care is seeking compassionate, reliable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to seniors in their homes. We recruit from the top 10% of caregivers in the industry and provide a work environment built on appreciation, growth, and dependable scheduling.

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide companionship and social engagement
-
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
-
Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s care activities
-
Assist with personal care: bathing, dressing, hygiene, toileting
-
Perform safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts (training provided)

Transport clients to errands, appointments, or outings
-
Maintain safety, comfort, and dignity at all times
Job Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and perform bending, kneeling, and walking

Minimum age: 18 years

Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation

Mobile phone for communication and scheduling

Reliable, punctual, and professional
-
Must pass a background check

Current TB test (may be completed after interview)
