Job Summary: The Production Lead II provides advanced leadership and coordination across multiple production lines. This role enhances workforce capability by training team members, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring consistent quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities: * Perform all duties outlined in Production Lead I role. * Monitor and lead more than one production line during the shift as needed. * Train associates on all positions within the production line. * Actively participate in product and process trials and daily drumbeat meetings. * Support Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) processes. * Foster a culture of continuous improvement and team accountability. * Specific duties may vary by plant. Qualification: * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred. * 2-3 years of experience in a food manufacturing leadership role. * Strong knowledge of production systems, safety standards, and quality assurance. * Proven ability to train and develop team members.
