Position Overview
CareOne Senior Care is seeking compassionate, dependable caregivers to provide one-on-one support to older adults in their homes. We select from the top 10% of caregivers and offer a supportive, professional environment with stable hours, next-day pay options, paid training, and opportunities for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities
-
Provide companionship and emotional support
-
Assist with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
-
Support clients with dementia or Alzheimer’s care needs
-
Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, hygiene)

Assist with safe transfers using gait belts or Hoyer lifts (training provided)

Accompany clients to errands, outings, or appointments
-
Maintain client dignity, safety, comfort, and independence at all times
Job Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
-
Ability to lift 25 lbs. and perform bending, kneeling, and walking throughout shifts

Minimum age: 18 years

Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation

Mobile phone for scheduling and communication

Reliable, punctual, and professional
-
Must pass a background check

Current TB test (may be completed post-interview)
