You'll Support Meaningful Work By:
Leading day-to-day operations while supporting transformational change across the plant
Building strong relationships with cross-functional teams to understand product flows and leadership dynamics
Managing a large-scale, complex facility with 600+ employees and 200+ product lines
Driving continuous improvement and modernization initiatives, including automation and process optimization
Overseeing functional groups such as engineering, quality, operations, and materials
Spending time across all shifts to assess operations and identify areas for improvement
Understanding ERP systems and Lean manufacturing principles to align information and material flows
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of experience leading large-scale manufacturing operations
Demonstrated experience managing teams of 100+ employees across multiple shifts
Proven ability to lead in complex environments with high SKU/product variability
Strong understanding of Lean manufacturing principles
Familiarity with ERP systems and how they support operational efficiency
Flexibility to work variable hours and spend time across all shifts as needed
Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Experience in metal fabrication or similar manufacturing environments
Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and Lean manufacturing principles
Strong leadership and communication skills across diverse teams and shifts
Ability to navigate complexity and drive operational improvements
