We are working with an industry leading pharmaceutical company which is searching for a commercial products attorney to join its team on a contract to hire basis. This position will support commercial products at market as well as work on product launch matters for other drugs which are coming to market. This position will cross function with teams like marketing, market access, and medical affairs so it is a very visible role within the company. Candidates should have a strong understanding of the False Claims Act, Food Drug and Cosmetic Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, and other applicable healthcare laws and regulations. This role is designed to be contract to hire, and during the contract period the work is expected to be a standard 40 hour week and pay between 100-140/hr. Please apply with resume for consideration.
