Position Title: Communications & Training Specialist – I-ERP Program
Location: Onsite
Experience Level: Senior Associate (3–5 years)

Position Overview
This role supports the Communications & Training team for the I-ERP program, focusing on strategic communication, global engagement, and training development. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering impactful content that drives engagement and understanding across diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities
Communications
- Develop and execute communication strategies and plans for I-ERP initiatives.
- Create newsletters, podcasts (including Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute), and other internal communication materials.
- Manage scripting and logistics for podcasts, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
- Design global end-user engagement strategies and track performance metrics.
- Craft internal communications for Purchasing, cross-functional teams, and leadership.
- Review and refine content developed by the team to ensure clarity and impact.
- Provide input on corporate and external communication strategies.
- Deliver content with strong storytelling elements to inspire and inform stakeholders.
Training
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update training curricula for I-ERP courses.
- Conduct engaging training sessions and workshops (in-person and virtual via MS Teams).
- Ensure training content is clear, current, and aligned with evolving business needs.
Required Skills
- Communication management and strategic planning.
- Development of newsletters and podcasts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint.
- Familiarity with AI tools and expert systems.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in developing and managing training content.
Experience
- Required: 3–5 years in communications and training roles, with proven ability to execute programs end-to-end.
- Preferred: Demonstrated success in podcast production, internal communications for complex organizations, and training content development.

- Podcast Leadership: Ability to lead scripting and logistics for Tek Talks and I-ERP Minute podcasts, with examples of managing end-to-end production.
