• Afternoon/Evening Shift: $18.35/hr

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Operator for an evaluation-to-hire opportunity in a fast-paced warehouse and production environment. This role plays a key part in supporting production flow, inventory accuracy, and the overall efficiency of the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate sit-down and/or stand-up forklifts to move materials throughout the facility

• Load and unload pallets, boxes, and containers from trucks and storage areas

• Supply production lines with raw materials and remove finished goods

• Perform daily forklift inspections and maintain safe equipment operation

• Keep accurate records of material movements and inventory transactions

• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment

• Assist warehouse staff with general labor tasks when needed

• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines

What to Expect

You will be responsible for safely and efficiently operating forklifts to transport, load, and unload materials throughout the warehouse and production areas. This position supports a busy apparel and logistics environment where accuracy and safety are essential.

Bonus Incentives

Earn up to $570 in bonuses:

• After 1 week: $20

• After 1 month: $100

• After 2 months: $100

• After 3 months: $150

• Conversion bonus: $150 at 3 months + $200 at conversion

Requirements

• Previous forklift experience required (certification preferred)

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
