Beacon Hill Associates is seeking a Research Specialist III (6-Month Contract) for a fully remote assignment. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy administrative professional to join a well-established organization within the insurance industry. In this role, you'll review new onboarding submissions for completeness, maintain accurate internal records, and support agents throughout the documentation process. The team provides a supportive, professional culture with clear processes and a collaborative environment. Daily Duties: * Review all new onboarding submissions using a detailed checklist to ensure required fields, signatures, and forms are complete. * Access internal onboarding systems to retrieve and review documentation and information. * Enter accurate data into the internal management system to create new records. * Download, organize, and upload required documentation according to workflow guidelines. * Communicate with agents via email to request missing or incomplete information. * Review replies for completeness and finalize setup once documentation is resolved. * Assist with ongoing maintenance, updates, and clean-up of existing files. Top Three Daily Tasks: * Enter data and create new records within internal systems. * Review submissions, identify missing information, and communicate deficiencies. * Maintain accurate documentation and assist with updates to files. Ideal Candidate: * Strong proficiency with multiple software or technology platforms. * Highly detail-oriented with the ability to spot incomplete fields, missing forms, or inaccurate submissions. * Excellent written communication skills, especially for professional email correspondence. * Comfortable navigating web-based systems, portals, and document management tools. * Organized, independent worker who follows structured processes accurately.
