Requirement:
- Proven experience in IT staffing and HR leadership (minimum 7+ years).
- Aggressive, goal-oriented mindset with a track record of hitting ambitious targets.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure, fast-moving environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR compliance and recruiting technologies.
- Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Leadership (50%)
- Oversee all HR functions including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development.
- Partner with leadership to design and implement talent strategies that align with business goals.
- Drive initiatives for employee engagement, retention, and workforce planning.
- Ensure legal compliance and maintain a positive, high-performance culture.
Recruiting Management (50%)
- Lead and mentor a team of IT recruiters to deliver top-tier talent for clients.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies for high-volume, niche IT roles.
- Build strong relationships with clients and ensure fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Monitor KPIs, optimize sourcing channels, and implement best practices for speed and quality.
