You Will Be Supporting Meaningful Work By:
Partner with senior leaders in the Product Development organization to align talent strategies with business goals
Provide day-to-day HR support including employee relations, performance management, and organizational development
Collaborate with Centers of Expertise (COEs) to implement programs related to Learning & Development, Compensation, and Benefits
Lead and support communication initiatives for organizational changes
Facilitate talent discussions, succession planning, and career path development
Coach leaders and employees to enhance performance, engagement, and growth
Build trusted relationships across teams to support issue resolution and strategic initiatives
Minimum Qualifications
4-5 years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
Proven ability to coach and mentor with a focus on building trust and strong relationships
Skilled in leading through influence and advising on performance and organizational needs
Demonstrated problem-solving mindset with a data-driven approach and sound decision-making skills
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and driving continuous improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting to senior leadership
Desired Skills and Experience
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field
Solid understanding of employment laws, market trends, and HR practices at both local and national levelQualified applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. Steelcase will not provide support for or sponsor work authorization and/or visas for this role.
