| Summary of Position: | Work independently and under minimal supervision to implement and coordinate the operations of the Enrollment Services e-communication software system and any other assigned computerized system(s) that may be used in Enrollment Services. Serves as the liaison with the software company to implement and make revisions to the software. Communicate and perform duties in a manner that provides excellent service and is responsive to customer needs. Function as a ‘lead worker’ to assist others and answer questions relating to technical software systems used in the department. | |

| Essential Duties/Responsibilities: | Act as ‘back-up’ to various administrative employees.
Cultivate an environment of belonging that values, respects, supports, and celebrates individual similarities and differences, allowing students, faculty and staff to thrive authentically.
Assist other campus locations (Kendall, FSU-GR, etc.) in using the e-communication system and other applicable software.
Coordinate the implementation and daily operations of the e-communication software program(s), including data coordination and web design, E-recruiting, and direct marketing materials.
Design web based surveys, admissions applications, and other online forms for various university constituents.
Ensure that e-mail communications are sent to prospects, applicants, admitted and enrolled students and others as needed.
Function as department liaison to work with other University employees and off-campus locations and/or outside companies, such as the e-communication systems, relating to assigned area of specialty.
Function as the ‘lead worker’ and train staff relating to communication software and other department functions.
Help insure web content and design integrity.
May be asked to perform any/all duties defined in the Student Service Representative 1, 2, & 3 position descriptions.
Support, promote, and develop university student enrollment and retention initiatives.
Any other duties assigned within the position classification area.
May follow software company guidelines and/or adapt the software system(s) to match the university’s needs.
May handle confidential information. Assist coworkers, customers and others with sensitive issues or decisions.
Responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of designated information.
Research and help identify possible web applications for possible departmental use.
Work closely with departments to design data mining reports from the information contained within the e-communication system.
Performs all duties in compliance with applicable University policies and procedures and state and federal requirements
Reports directly to designated supervisor. | |
