Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Community Relations and Chief Inclusion Officer, you'll design and deliver a multi-year strategy that advances inclusion as both a cultural strength and a community commitment. You'll partner across HR, Communications, and Community Relations to ensure our inclusion story is lived consistently inside and outside the company. * Lead our inclusion journey. Build and execute a three-year strategy that strengthens belonging, connection, and engagement for all employees. * Empower our ERNs. Provide guidance and partnership to 11 Employee Resource Networks, helping them link their energy and ideas to employee connection points, community partnerships and business impact. * Create learning moments that matter. Shape experiences that help employees explore differences, grow together, and build the mindset for inclusion. * Bridge internal and external impact. Partner with Community Relations to ensure inclusion is reflected in how we show up for the members and communities we serve. * Measure progress and share stories. Track outcomes, celebrate success, and partner with HR to tell the story of how inclusion strengthens our culture and our mission. * Direct the activities of assigned business units including strategic planning, problem-solving, staff development and communication. * Develop goals and objectives for assigned business units that supports the organizations strategy, products and services. * Collaborate across business units with key stakeholders to align business objectives. * Oversee the development and implementation of business unit policies, systems and processes. * Lead, direct, evaluate and develop business unit leadership and team members. * Provide effective and efficient solutions to complex business problems. * Prepare and present formal presentations, documents, updates, etc. to executive leadership. Department Preferences: * 8+ years of experience in inclusion, engagement, or culture leadership. * Proven ability to develop and execute multi-year strategies that drive measurable impact. * Experience guiding employee/business resource groups or similar teams and cultivating employee communities. * Natural collaborator who builds trust, brings people together, and turns shared purpose into action. * Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred. "Qualifications" * Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required. Master's Degree in a related field is preferred. * Five (5) years of experience in a related field is required. * Previous experience leading a team is required. * Ability to effectively lead, coach and develop team members. * Ability to foster teamwork and work effectively in a cross-functional team environment. * Advanced organizational, planning, analytical and problem-solving skills. * Ability to solve practical problems and deal with moving variables in situations with limited standardization and alignment. * Advanced knowledge of corporate organizational structures, including functional responsibilities. * Advanced verbal, written communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to influence others to achieve business unit objectives.
