Work closely with business process owners and Information Technology teams to develop data solutions for KLA. Collect and analyze business and technical requirements, validate and solve data issues, craft project plans, develop logic and application solutions, and follow through to ensure successful adoption while achieving the planned improvements. Leverage SQL/Python to extract appropriate data and perform data wrangling. Analyze data to generate business insights and identify Key performance indicators. Design new reports, views, dashboards, and data products for generating Business Insights. Partner cross-functionally to design, plan, and execute data products/program. Liaise between Business and the IT team. Create requirements and project plans for analytics program. Ensure Service data standards are implemented for data products – including (but not limited to) Object level Security, Row Level Security, UI standards, and others. Build a communication plan that ensures awareness of new data products and features launched. Define KPIs, maintain standard definitions and drive cross functional alignment of key definitions. Salary range: $131,950-$151,100 per year.
Job Requirements: Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
