Support engineering divisions within service level agreements, including ticket resolution, and library maintenance, and templates. Develop product roadmap in alignment with requirements from Business steering committees and vendors offerings. Manage application landscape within vendor recommendations and Customer standards/best practices. Responsible for the upgrade of CAD Tools & PDM Applications to support the business continuity. Maintain the list of servers and storages in SNOW with alignment with the service and ensure that its billed as agreed. Maintain Business and IT communication during any hardware patch and upgrade. Propose new products and data hub architecture for CAD systems to support IT & Business teams which improves their productivity. Define and deploy Digital transformation roadmap, methodologies, and tools for KLA engineering teams and manufacturers to improve Time to Market (TTM). Salary range: $170,340 - $183,800 per year.
Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) plus 8 years of progressive post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered or related occupation.
