Job Title: Program Manager
Location: World Headquarters Building (WHQ), One American Road, Dearborn, MI 48121
Work Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (Morning Shift)
Target Start Date: November 3, 2025

$60-70/HR
Position Overview:
This role involves planning and overseeing the execution of technology-focused projects and programs, including enterprise applications, SaaS, infrastructure, networking, and data centers. The specialist will also serve as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, promoting Agile principles and practices across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans using JIRA, defining scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Drive problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives with IT teams and vendors.
- Facilitate efficient collaboration between internal teams and external providers.
- Communicate project status updates clearly and quantitatively to stakeholders.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget.
- Champion Agile methodologies and manage Agile ceremonies (e.g., stand-ups, retrospectives).
- Provide insightful analysis and reporting for presentations and reviews.
- Identify and mitigate project risks.
- Collaborate on technology strategy and implementation roadmaps.
- Apply standard frameworks and development methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, etc.).
Required Skills & Experience:
- Project Management: 10+ years in IT, 7+ years in Program Management.
- Agile Delivery: 7+ years of experience.
- Tools & Technologies: JIRA, SQL, Microsoft VB, APIs.
- Communication: Strong facilitation and presentation skills.
- Adaptability: Comfortable in dynamic environments.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of Agile, Lean, and SAFe methodologies.
- Domain Knowledge: Treasury or Finance business processes and applications.
- Vendor Management: Experience managing external relationships.
- Application Development: Experience with global applications and COTS implementations.
Education:
- Required: Bachelor’s Degree
- Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
Additional Information:
- Collaborates with Product Owners to define and communicate product roadmaps.
- Translates roadmaps into prioritized backlogs for SAP and Trading Platform implementations.
- Aligns team capacity with business priorities and technical feasibility.
- Defines and tracks analytics for product performance.
- Participates in architecture discussions and breaks down work into deliverables.
- Actively gathers feedback and manages dependencies across releases.
- Creates weekly and monthly status reports.
