Position Description: Employees in this job function are responsible for designing, developing, testing and maintaining software applications and products to meet customer needs. We are seeking a highly skilled and self-motivated JIRA Developer/Architect who can design, build, and configure applications to optimize business processes and application requirements.Key Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in JIRA administration, customization, automation, and integration with other enterprise tools. · Act as the SME for Atlassian tools, build, customize, and support the Atlassian JIRA workflow capability as well as strategic planning initiatives with Atlassian tools to meet Ford's need and mission · Configure, support and maintain automation workflows, permission schemes, Add-ons and modules to expand the capabilities of Atlassian stack · Build Customized dashboards for JIRA Timely and cost-effective implementation
