This position is responsible for creating and maintaining detailed 3D models and 2D drawings that support the development of new products and the refinement of existing ones. They work closely with engineering, manufacturing, and cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, consistency, and efficiency throughout the product lifecycle. The ideal candidate will support documentation standards and help drive continuous improvement in design practices.

Develop parametric 3D models and 2D technical drawings to support new product development and engineering change activities in compliance with L&P drafting standards

Audit 2D drawings to ensure adherence to internal standards and maintain up-to-date documentation.

Recommend and implement improvements to design processes that enhance delivery, speed, quality, and cost-efficiency.

Schedule and follow-up on internal and external design tasks to ensure timely release. Communicate potential delays proactively.

Participate in internal and external design review meetings, and work with product teams to incorporate feedback related to Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA).

Assist with prototype creation through 3D printing and preparation of CNC machining files.
