The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for developing and optimizing manufacturing processes that support the successful launch of new products. This includes collaborating with product development teams to ensure designs are manufacturable, scalable, and aligned with production capabilities.
This position will lead efforts in process development, equipment selection, and production readiness, with a focus on efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. This role requires strong technical expertise across engineering disciplines and a proactive approach to solving complex manufacturing challenges. The engineer will work cross-functionally with design, operations, and external partners to implement robust solutions that enable smooth transitions from prototype to full-scale production.
