Support site-level EH&S programs, including hazard assessments, incident investigations, and safety audits
Assist in maintaining compliance with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory requirements
Contribute to environmental reporting, waste management tracking, and sustainability initiatives
Participate in risk assessments and support implementation of corrective actions
Help develop and deliver safety training materials for employees and contractors
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and HR to promote a culture of safety
Maintain EH&S documentation and assist with internal and external audit preparation
Lead a developmental project or initiative aligned with business priorities and academic goals
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's program in Environmental Science, Occupational Safety, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Familiarity with EH&S regulations and industry best practices preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with EH&S software is a plus
Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams
