Summary
A CNC machinist operates and maintains computer-controlled machines to cut, shape, and finish materials into precise parts. Key duties include setting up machines, programming them, monitoring production, performing quality control inspections, and troubleshooting issues to ensure parts meet exact specifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- 3 axis CNC milling machine experience.
- Strong print reading and machine setup skills.
- Knowledge of some of the following, HAAS, FANAC and FADAL controllers or Manual Mill and Lathe machining knowledge.
- Work well with others.
- Able to work 56-58 hours a week.
- Willing to learn
Knowledge of some of the following would be a plus
- Mastercam experience
- Manual or CNC Boring mill experience
