Position Overview
We’re seeking an experienced Apollo/HubSpot Professional to join our team and support our clients’ system optimization efforts. This role blends technical expertise with problem-solving and training skills to ensure smooth operations across engineering, production, and service functions. Key Responsibilities
- Administer, configure, and maintain Apollo and HubSpot systems
- Collaborate with operations, IT, and client teams to streamline workflows
- Train team members on Apollo/HubSpot tools and best practices
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently
- Support process improvement and system optimization initiatives
Skills Needed
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to train and support users across departments
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Technical proficiency with Apollo, HubSpot, or similar platforms
Knowledge Required
- Understanding of CRM systems, data workflows, and process management
