Job Overview
We are seeking a multidisciplinary Graphic Designer to join and help guide our creative team. As one of our lead brand designers, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing a wide range of design projects including brand systems, UX/UI, print, events, paid media, presentations, and production needs. You’ll collaborate closely with fellow designers, project managers, and marketing personnel to deliver cohesive and compelling visual solutions for our industrial B2B clients. This is a full-time, hybrid role with flexibility to work from anywhere, but must be in-office on occasion. Candidates must be available during EST time zone for team and client collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement branding systems from concept to completion (logos, typography, color palettes, imagery, graphic elements, patterns).
- Present bold, compelling ideas to internal leadership and stakeholders.
- Confidently articulate visual concepts to clients and advocate for design excellence.
- Collaborate on UX/UI design for websites and mobile applications.
- Mentor junior designers and contribute to peer reviews to elevate team output.
- Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices to enhance team capabilities.
Skills Needed
- Strong visual design skills across branding, digital, and print.
- Excellent presentation and communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, XD).
- Experience with 3D tools (Cinema4D, Unreal, Blender) and generative AI for concept development is highly desirable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
Knowledge Required
- Deep understanding of brand strategy and graphic design principles (composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy).
- Familiarity with UX/UI design standards and user-centered design practices.
- Awareness of B2B marketing and industrial branding nuances.
Ability to Implement
- Translate strategic brand goals into visual systems that resonate with industrial audiences.
- Confidently contribute to client meetings and internal reviews.
- Manage multiple projects with agility and attention to detail.
- Support and mentor team members to foster a collaborative creative culture.
- Must be able to present a portfolio demonstrating that you are a visionary designer with a total understanding of brand strategy and graphic design principles (composition, color theory, typography, visual hierarchy, etc.) and sophisticated art direction across a wide range of visual mediums - preferably within the technology sector.
- At least some existing professional experience, ideally at an agency, but ready to consider any great portfolio regardless of previous experience
