Overview:
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide safety, supervision, and assistance with personal care needs of daily living to residents.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience related to caregiving, compassion for elderly
- Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Physical
- Must be physically able to do nursing cares, such as, transfers, lifting, pushing/pulling (up to 35lbs)
Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance residents' quality of life.
• Monitor and document changes in residents' health status and report any concerns to nursing staff.
• Proficient in medication administration, following all safety protocols.
• Ensure the cleanliness and safety of living environments by performing light housekeeping tasks.
• Uphold resident rights and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
• Administer first aid and respond effectively in emergencies, as needed.
• Ability to cook nutritious meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.
• Engage residents in recreational activities to encourage social interaction and mental stimulation.
