Position Overview
Assists in the implementation and management of the Agency computer network system that supports program and individual departmental operations of the agency.

Hours & Location
- Hours may vary, but should be similar to:
Mon-Thurs [7:30am-5:00pm] & Fri [7:30am-11:30am]
- Central Office
Requirements
- Associate’s degree in information technology field.
- Required skills include advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP), Microsoft Office 365, Active Director, Azure, Exchange Server, InTune Device Management, SharePoint Admin. Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, and VOIP telephony technologies, routers, switches, firewall(s).
- Minimum of five years’ experience troubleshooting and working with networks Operating Systems.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain and build technical documentation and manuals
- Maintain network security through updates, patches, and network security permissions
- Perform system monitoring to improve network performance and to ensure system architecture components work together.
- Manage Active Directory and Azure
- Keep Server Based Applications up to date
