As a member of the Information Technology team, provides network and administrative support to to agency and affiliate team members. Troubleshoot and provide solutions whether through direct intervention or as a liaison to service providers and third party support agencies and vendors. Assist in developing strategic plan, monitor budget and manage network projects. Staff must possess a strong working knowledge of Agency’s operating and network systems. Staff must possess computer, typing, grammar, punctuation, proofreading, transcription, phone proficiencies and excellent communication and customer relations skills to effectively interact with staff, customers, business partners and community stakeholders. Additionally, the employee must exercise independent decision-making and work effectively in a team-based environment. The employee will complete other tasks as needed in various programs as assigned by supervisor. Your office will be surrounded by nature, just miles from beaches, hiking trail. Manistee is just a short drive to Frankfort, Traverse City, Cadillac and Ludington, charming towns outfitted with shopping and unique restaurants and breweries.

About the Role
- Develops, installs, and maintains software applications; troubleshoots and resolves application software problems; evaluates new software/hardware and recommends changes as needed; prepares and updates user manuals and system documentation.
- Participates in the evaluation and testing of system upgrades; coordinates and documents testing for new or revised software applications; assists in deployment of new applications in assigned areas.
- Performs systems maintenance activities on various files and monitors systems disks for space.
- Manages technical support for agency computers. This includes identifying support needs and assigning to IT Technician when appropriate. Responsible for scheduling and facilitating software updates agency wide.
- Responsible for twenty four hour technical support as needed by agency staff and engineering projects that must be completed outside of agency operating hours to minimize service disruptions.
- Establishes and maintains network users, user environments and directories.
- Back up to provide EHR software support for agency and staff.
- Serves as a liaison with communication vendors for technical help trouble tickets that require additional support to resolve. This includes telephone software and hardware, internet and video conferencing equipment
- Participates in the development and maintenance of Cybersecurity efforts.

Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience which results in the necessary knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential functions of the job is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Work Environment:
CWN prioritizes work and life balance. Your supervisor will work with you to utilize flex time and paid time off. You will primarily work in the office with the following schedule:
- Monday through Friday
- Between 8:00am and 5:00pm
You may be required to work hours outside of the regular schedule if assigned by your supervisor to meet clients’ needs. Light travel (<5% of time) may be required for job-related assignments, training or presentations.
