A Behavior Analysis Coach, under the direction of Autism Program supervisors, provides coaching and direct support to behavior technician staff within the ABA/Autism Program, as well as providing direct behavioral intervention to children in the program. A Behavior Analysis Coach works in a variety of Community Mental Health, local community, and family
home settings, providing one-on-one services related to the delivery of comprehensive or focused behavior intervention
to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, neurological disorders, or other developmental disabilities. An employee in this class performs paraprofessional level work activities requiring a general working knowledge of the mental health field and behavior analysis; and provides services related to behavior assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of written behavior plans. Performs other related duties as assigned.
