Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our plastic injection molding equipment and facility operations. You’ll work closely with production teams and leadership to minimize downtime and support proactive maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on plastic injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Collaborate with operators and leadership to reduce equipment downtime
- Maintain inventory of parts and consumables
- Train operators to identify and report maintenance needs
- Support predictive maintenance programs
- Serve as point of contact for building maintenance
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to expedite service and reduce costs
- Conduct scheduled equipment inspections and fluid analysis

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $20.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
