Job Overview
We’re seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales & Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role blends sales, quoting, and customer support — helping clients find the right solutions and ensuring their orders are processed smoothly. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a professional and friendly manner.
- Provide accurate quotes, product information, and order updates.
- Enter and manage sales orders with attention to detail.
- Coordinate with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Follow up on open quotes and potential leads.
- Share updates on new products, pricing, and opportunities with customers.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through consistent communication.
- Keep sales activity, quotes, and order details organized and current.
Skills
- Experience in sales, customer service, or order processing (manufacturing or technical background a plus).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency with email, spreadsheets, and basic computer tools.
- CRM or quoting system experience is helpful but not required.
- Team-oriented mindset with initiative and follow-through.
- Technical curiosity and interest in how products and systems work.
Knowledge
- Basic understanding of sales and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with industrial or manufacturing environments (preferred but not required).
- Willingness to learn about automation and control systems.
