Skills Required:
Acceptance Testing. • Execute and coordinate E2EET across FIS high integrity commitments and business critical initiatives • Validate end-to-end customer journeys as the ‘Customer Before the Customer’, including mobile web/app, in-vehicle and physical • Identify and escalate potential defects, gaps, or usability concerns to the Senior Test Manager • Collaborate with the Test Manager to understand customer personas and enable the correct customer mindset for testing • Provide detailed feedback on test cases from a customer lens of ‘what was impressive’ and ‘what could be improved’ • Complete planned test cycles on time, with = 90% of test cases executed within the committed time period for completion. • Represent the E2EET team in the daily stand-up test meetings during testing window • For every test-execution day, if test case completion falls below velocity target, escalate the next day with (1) Root cause of any shortfall, (2) Impact assessment, (3) Recovery action and revised plan to return to on-schedule status. • Delivery of an executive summary for testing, including a customer-lens assessment on what went well, what didn’t and what couldn’t be assessed, with at least 1 PDCA (plan-do-check-act) recommendation provided per project, within 2 weeks of completion. • Screenshot, screen recording, photo or video evidence provided for every test scenario completed

Experience Required:
Senior Associate Exp: 4+ years in IT; 2 years in testing
Education Required:
Test Engineer must hold a bachelor’s degree in engineering, IT, computer science or a closely related field.
