As a Quick Lube Advisor, you are responsible for greeting customers, determining needs for vehicle, preparing, and presenting repair orders, and maintaining customer records. Key responsibilities include the following. Others may be assigned.
- Greets customers in a timely, friendly manner and obtains vehicle information.
- Writes up repair order after referring to service history and vehicle inspection.
- Establishes “promised time” for completed work.
- Reviews work completed with customer and obtains signature.
- Processes payment for work.
