Work on various human resources (HR) assignments and projects, including Talent Acquisition, Corporate Learning, Compensation, and HR Business Partnerships. Help create and deploy company-wide strategic HR initiatives into assigned business groups. Analyze business issues and subsequently develop and enact appropriate HR solutions. Identify and develop collaborative solutions that resolve talent issues and that act in concert with business needs and other corporate functions. Conduct workforce training, facilitate workshops on courses and talent management topics with business groups, participate in department- and company-wide process improvement activities, maintain personal and professional contacts with industry counterparts, and keep abreast of social, economic, labor law, regulatory, and political trends to ensure that KLA maintains cutting-edge in corporate HR practices. Utilize human resources management information systems to maintain accurate personnel- and employment-related records related to hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions. Up to 25% domestic travel to unanticipated locations. Hybrid work schedule permitted. Salary range: $82,555-$138,700 per year.
Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Labor Relations, Industrial and Labor Relations, or a related field (or foreign equivalent), plus 3 years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation.
