Stellantis is seekinga Diagnostic Information Lead in the NA Parts & Accessories Planning & Launch Management organization. The right candidate will be highly skilled, solutions-oriented with program management skills, and a strong understanding of diagnostic information and Aftersales processes and procedures. This position requires a hands-on approach to continuously improve the quality of information requiredin the Stellantis dealer network.
Candidate will lead the diagnostic information development process and serve as the main point of connection between multiple teams and suppliers. Specific focus will be on ensure diagnostic information accuracy at vehicle launch and management of historical information to ensure repair effectiveness.Candidate mustpossessa combination of strong technical skills, as well as a do-what-it-takes attitude and a person who communicates clearly across all organizational levels.
The selected candidate will need to possess the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple high visibility projects concurrently, and deliver results per target requirements.
Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Manage the daily activity of authoring supplier to ensure quality and on-time delivery of information within established budget
Identify, manage, and resolve source data issues related to service and diagnostic information development
Monitor information quality metrics and address systematic quality issues
Monitor internal and field feedback using JIRA tracking site
Support Total Warranty Spend (TWS) workshops and feedback to identify proactive solutions that impact warranty spend
Establish and monitor engineering review process of service information
Cross-functional collaboration within Mopar TSO and other areas within Stellantis
Provide innovative solutions to complex problems related to servicing Stellantis vehicles
Support and contribute to global harmonization activities across multiple regions
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or related field
5+years of relevant technical experience, working with Stellantis Aftersales systems and servicing of Stellantis vehicles
Excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to deliver in a fast-paced work environment with minimumassistance
Proven ability to work effectively and influence stakeholders across cross-functional teams
Ability to drive innovation and passion about learningnew technologies
Ability to deal effectively with engineering, suppliers and supplier personnel
Experience communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience as a dealership automotive technician
ASE Certifications
Experience interacting with Dealership and/or Field systems and processes
Thorough knowledge of the automotive service industry, technical supportmethodology, and service repair instruction development
