We are seeking a skilled Gear Box Builder/ Assembly Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude. Responsibilities
- Assemble components and systems according to specifications and blueprints.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to perform assembly tasks efficiently.
- Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues and make necessary adjustments.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Perform quality checks on assembled products to ensure accuracy, quality, functionality and reliability.
- Follow safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve assembly process.
- Keep records of production and report and defects or malfunctions.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in complex assemblies a plus.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in assembly roles.
- Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for assembly tasks.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical documents.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
