The Marquette District of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul is seeking a District Manager to oversee operations and provide leadership across our thrift stores, pantries, and programs. The District Manager will support the mission of St. Vincent de Paul by ensuring efficient management of resources, raising funds, fostering strong community relationships, and guiding staff and volunteers in service to those in need.
Key Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership, supervision, and support to store managers and program coordinators.
· Raise funds to support operations and programs.
· Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and financial guidelines.
· Oversee operational efficiency, budgeting, and reporting.
· Promote the mission of St. Vincent de Paul through community engagement and partnerships.
· Foster a positive, mission-driven culture among staff and volunteers.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business, nonprofit management, or related field.
· Leadership or management experience, preferably in retail, nonprofit, or human services.
· Strong organizational, communication, and financial management skills.
· Commitment to the mission and values of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul.
Compensation: Salary range $60,000 - $65,000. Benefits include paid holidays, two weeks vacation, and sick leave as required by Michigan’s Earned Sick Time Act.
