Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role is essential to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our equipment and facilities. You’ll work closely with operators and leadership to minimize downtime and support ongoing maintenance initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine and preventative maintenance on shop equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Collaborate with operators and leadership to reduce equipment downtime
- Maintain inventory of parts and consumables
- Train operators to identify and report maintenance needs
- Support predictive maintenance programs
- Serve as point of contact for building maintenance (Ren-Tech)
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to expedite service and reduce costs
- Conduct annual oil testing and analysis

- Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $24.00/hour (based on experience)
