Responsibilities:

• Cleans and prepares construction sites by removing debris and possible hazards.
• Loads and unloads building materials to be used in the projects.
• Builds or takes apart bracing, scaffolding, and temporary structures.
• Operates or supervises equipment and machines used on projects.
• Assists skilled workers with their duties, as requested.
• Follows construction plans and instructions from supervisors and completes assigned tasks.
• Identifies and offers solutions to problems, especially with safety.
• Conducts daily checks of equipment and safe operation procedures.  
• Ensures new employees are familiar with WBG safety procedures.
• Cleans work areas, machines, or equipment, to maintain a clean and safe job site.
• Follows established safety rules and regulations and maintains a safe and clean environment.
• Regular, predictable, and reliable attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
