Grandvue Medical Care Facility – Charlevoix County's premier long-term care facility – is seeking a dynamic, resident-centered, and quality-driven Registered Nurse to lead our Restorative Nursing Team.
The successful candidate will:
- Demonstrate strong communication, critical thinking, and root cause analysis skills.
• Supervise and support Restorative CNAs in delivering individualized care.
• Work collaboratively with contracted skilled therapy providers to maximize Resident outcomes.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure continuity and excellence of care.
• Share a passion for person-centered care and a commitment to helping Residents achieve or maintain their highest practicable level of function.
Qualifications:
- Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Michigan.
• Experience in restorative nursing or long-term care preferred.
• Strong leadership and supervisory skills.
• Emotional maturity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Passion for continuing education and professional growth.
