MMPA is currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Shipping Clerk to provide essential administrative and clerical support to our Constantine Operations team. This role is central to keeping shipping documentation, records, and communication accurate and up to date, ensuring smooth coordination between logistics, customers, and internal teams.
As a Shipping Clerk, you’ll focus on maintaining precise records, preparing and verifying shipping paperwork, supporting inventory activities, and serving as a communication link between drivers, dispatch, and the shipping office. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys office-based work with a direct impact on daily shipping operations—without operating forklifts or heavy equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Receive incoming shipping paperwork and verify information for accuracy.
- Generate load pick lists and shipping manifests.
- Direct drivers to appropriate bays and ensure all required documentation is completed.
- Maintain accurate shipping records, logs, and driver paperwork.
- Communicate schedule changes to dispatch, haulers, and customers.
- Assist with balancing raw milk receipts and routine inventory counts.
- Support month- and year-end inventory cycles.
- Provide vacation relief coverage for clerical roles as needed.
- Coordinate documentation and compliance processes in line with company procedures.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Education and Work Experience:
- Six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
