An employee will undergo a 90-day probationary period upon hiring. Post-probation, eligibility for a pay raise is contingent upon demonstrating necessary skills, along with entitlement to paid holidays: New Year's Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas, plus three discretionary personal days. After one year, they will undergo an annual review for potential pay increase and earn one week of paid vacation, usable as desired. After three years, they obtain two weeks of paid vacation, increasing to three weeks after five years.
