Position Overview:
Responsible for monitoring children's files efficiently and in a timely manner. Provide training and support for staff to ensure accurate data entry.

- Mon-Fri
- Hours may vary, but should be similar to:
Mon-Thurs [7:30am-5:00pm] & Fri [7:30am-11:30am]
- Hybrid
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain records in a confidential manner.
- Monitor staff data entry to maintain an accurate and efficient ChildPlus database.
- Provide ChildPlus training to staff as needed.
- Provide ChildPlus support while collaborating with other staff.
- Assist with ChildPlus user access and system setup as needed.
Required Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED required, associate’s degree preferred
- At least one year experience in data entry, tracking and file maintenance
