We’re seeking a dedicated individual who can uphold compliance with industry standards (AWS, ASME, MIL-STD) and contribute to our culture of quality and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct visual weld inspections and verify compliance with applicable welding codes (AWS D1.1, D1.2, MIL-STD, etc.).

• Perform in-process and final inspections of welded components.

• Oversee or support non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.

• Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and technical drawings.

• Prepare and maintain inspection documentation, including weld maps, inspection logs, and non-conformance reports (NCRs).

• Assist in internal audits and continuous improvement activities.

• Work closely with welders, supervisors, and engineers to resolve quality concerns and prevent defects.

• Maintain and monitor welder qualifications, including support for requalification efforts.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, AS9100, and ITAR standards.
