HOURS:     

1. PART TIME – Up to 30 hours average work week, may vary in busy and slow seasons, more or less hours accordingly.
2. WORKING SHIFTS will be any combination of hours between 8:00 AM and 1:00 AM(4 days a week). 
3. This person is expected to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays. 

JOB DESCRIPTION: 

Responsible for the preparation of breakfast, individual menu orders. 

Responsible for the sanitation of food areas and the freshness of all food products.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: 

Minimum 6 months experience in related kitchen positions and cooking techniques.

Ability to stand for long periods of time. 

Ability to withstand the kitchen heat.
