About the Job: * Partner with regional leadership that works with a variety of clients to design and implement marketing processes, aligning with corporate strategy. * Develop materials and templates, focusing on consistency. * Collaborate with leadership to analyze and report on effectiveness of marketing activities. * Help to establish marketing standards and shape firmwide solutions. About You: * 6+ years of marketing and/or business development experience, background in implementing marketing processes. * Ideally experienced in B2B service firms and/or nonprofit fundraising environments. * A bachelors degree is preferred, but not required. * Knowledge of HubSpot, Asana, or other marketing platforms. * Highly strategic, collaborative, with excellent project management skills. About the Position: * $95K-$110K, depending on experience. * Fully remote role, ideally based in Washington, DC (will work EST hours). * Help shape how marketing is delivered amongst various regions during a transitional period of an impactful organization!
