Skills Required:
Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (BSME) or equivalent experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; advanced proficiency in Excel. Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, presentation). Hands-on experience with automotive interior components, materials, or manufacturing processes. Ability to provide on-site engineering support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
